Bootcamp and Yoga at the Beach
Aug 6th (yoga only)
Join Mary Cox and Cassie Rodgers for a one of a kind workout experience. For the first 40 minutes, you will cycle through a high intensity interval workout that incorporates strength training with cardio conditioning. We will hit every muscle group with exercises that can be modified based on fitness levels. This format will give you the benefits of prolonged endurance training in a much shorter time frame based on the most recent research.
Then transition to an all levels yoga class. These 40 minutes will be sequenced mindfully to moderately explore strength and balance with focus on stretching the hard worked muscles. Reconnect to your breath and calm your mind for a well rounded practice. Come sculpt, strengthen, condition, stretch and balance!
