Where to get the bliss...   

* Please note that I will be on maternity leave starting in August 08.  I hope to return to my Prenatal Classes in late October and my Vinyasa classes near mid December.  All of my classes will continue to run with a substitute until I return.  I am very excited for the arrival of my first baby but will miss teaching during this time away.  I will update the schedule as soon as I know the exact dates of my return.  Namaste, Cassie

Class Descriptions:

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa literally means breath-synchronized movement.  Vinyasa Flow is an invigorating practice where you move through poses with your breath as your guide.  As you start connecting you mind and body with your breath you will experience a new awareness of yourself, which will leave you with the feeling of bliss. 

The intermediate level is for those with yoga experience as you will begin to explore more challenging poses.  Linking the movement from pose to pose with the breath builds internal heat as well as develops strength and flexibility.  You will find unique and creative standing sequences using fundamental standing poses, arm balancing and inversions. 

 

 

Prenatal Yoga

While currently enjoying my first pregnancy it has been wonderful to share this amazing bond with other pregnant women.  Teaching prenatal yoga has been such a highlight of my teaching career.  I have studied prenatal yoga extensively in anticipation for this exact reason.  Please click here for more information on the many benefits of Prenatal Yoga.
